The main focus of this paper is a development of manual to automatic copper tube straightening and cutting, which able to decoil the copper tube roll, making straight and cut at desired length with precision accuracy with soft end edge. Design of machine is inspired from small manual copper tube cutting hand tool and straightening pulleys arranged in zigzag position, going to fully change the whole manual cutting process and straightening process into combined single line automatic process. Design consists roll table, straightening pulleys arranged in zigzag, holding pneumatic fixtures, belt with servo mechanism for pulling tubes from large roll & main rotary cutter portion. Machine consists pneumatic mechanism for holding of tube and servomechanism for pulling and measurement purpose for cutting tubes into required length with precision accuracy. Design is fully reliable and able to modify simply for cutting another diameter tubes with shifting of pneumatic fixtures position which have another size holes, and also able to put and change whole fixtures which is portable. So, with automation in copper tube cutting, reduction in lead time & delivery time. Also automatic machine don't have need of human effort so that worker can be allotted to do other work, so cost saving and reliability of workers.
