Introduction: Delirium Tremens (DT) falls in the most severe spectrum of alcohol withdrawal, which could potentially result in death, unless managed promptly and adequately. The prevalence of DT in general population is <1% and nearly 2% in patients with alcohol dependence. Objectives of the study: The main objective of the study to assess the level of cognitive function of delirium tremens among Alcohol Dependence Syndrome clients. Methodology: The research approach used for this study was quantitative research approach. A descriptive research design was adopted for this present study. By using convenient sampling technique, 50 Alcohol Dependence Syndrome clients were selected for the present study. Findings: The present study reveals majority 23 (46%) of them had no cognitive decline, 21 (42%) of them had very mild cognitive decline and 5 (10%) of them had mild cognitive decline and 1 (2%) of them had moderate cognitive decline among Alcohol Dependence Syndrome clients. Conclusion: The study findings concluded that majority of them had no cognitive decline.
