Research on managing spirituality at workplace is rich in diversity, and has gained traction over the years. However, wider adoption of workplace spirituality initiatives will require sound justification of its ability for effective implementation. Assertions about the challenges faced by managers and policy makers led to justify the newly found strategies in new era enterprises. This study evaluates the meaning, significance and challenges in implication of workplace spirituality. The study concludes the strategic points for effective implementation of workplace spirituality in enterprises. It helps in enhancing job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. This study promotes the well – being of the employees as well as focuses on long term success of the organizations.
