Title

EMOTIONAL MATURITY AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE OF MUSLIM WOMEN IN JHARKHAND: A RESEARCH STUDY

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between emotional maturity and emotional intelligence among Muslim women in Jharkhand. It aims to understand how emotional maturity, which involves the development of self-awareness, self-regulation, and interpersonal skills, correlates with emotional intelligence in this specific socio-cultural context. The study uses both quantitative and qualitative methods to provide a comprehensive analysis of the factors influencing emotional maturity and intelligence among this demographic. Findings from the study are intended to inform educational and community-based interventions aimed at enhancing emotional well-being and personal development among Muslim women in Jharkhand.
