Carbon Fiber Reinforced (CFRP) and aluminum alloy are extensively utilized materials in the aerospace industry due to their lightweight properties and structural strengths. This study evaluates their performances across various criteria including weight, strength, durability, cost effectiveness, and environmental impact .Carbon fiber reinforced composites and aluminum alloys represented two prominent contenders in this quest. This comparative analysis of these materials, examining their mechanical characteristics, including tensile strength, fatigue resistance, and stiffness-to-weight ratio. Through a comprehensive review of literation and empirical data, the study aims to elucidate the performance advantages and limitations of each material under aerospace specific conditions, including operational environments and regulatory requirements. Insights derived from this analysis contribute to informed decision-making in material selection for aerospace applications, optimizing design efficiency while adhering to stringent performance and safety standards.
