Quercetin is a flavonoid that occurs naturally and is found in abundance in fruits, vegetables, and cereals. It exhibits a wide range of pharmacological characteristics that have the potential to be used as a therapeutic agent in the treatment of a variety of illnesses and health. The shape, thickness, and moisture content of the transdermal patches are evaluated as part of the physicochemical characterization of the patches. In order to facilitate its clinical translation and maximize its therapeutic potential in the treatment of a variety of illnesses and health problems, the research addresses the unmet clinical need for a delivery mechanism that is both effective and convenient for quercetin.
