Acharya Sukumar Sen is mainly known as a linguist and literary historian. However, outside of this well-known atrium of his, he has shown deep scholarship by writing multiple essay on various topics. He has written multiple essay on Balaichand Mukhopadhyay, one of the Bengali literary figures of the 20th century. However, the overall identity of Banaful talent is available from the book titled ‘Banafulere Fulban’ by Sukumar Sen. Although Banaful is a doctor by profession, he has written countless poems. Wrote plays, wrote novels and stories. An excellent book introducing the diverse literary creations of Banaful is this book ‘Banafuler Fulban’ by Acharya Sukumar Sen.
