Among the leading solutions are Cisco's Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) and Juniper's SRX Series, both of which offer advanced capabilities for managing complex network architectures. This paper explores the intricate architectures of ASA and SRX firewalls, examining their design, functionality, and application in enterprise environments. The ASA firewall is renowned for its robust security features, including stateful inspection, VPN support, and advanced threat detection capabilities. The SRX Series, on the other hand, is distinguished by its high performance, scalability, and integration with Juniper's broader security and networking solutions.
