This research paper examines how postgraduate students and experienced professionals perceive choice of employer using the Employer Attractiveness Scale. A quantitative survey was conducted, and the data was analyzed using t-tests to compare the perceptions of these two groups. The experienced employees will perceive employer attractiveness will portray internal side of the employer while freshers’ perception of employer attractiveness will display external side of the employer. Additionally, the study explored differences in perceptions of employer branding based on gender perspectives. The research revealed that there were no notable variations in how post-graduate students and experienced professionals perceive employer attractiveness, including from a gender perspective. Both groups identified "gaining career-enhancing experience" and "a happy work environment" as the most crucial factors.
