Title

HRM in the Digital Age: Adapting to the Technological changes in the Workplace Organization

Abstract

Abstract :- Recruitment and selection are critical processes in organizations that shape the composition of the workforce and ultimately affect its performance. This paper examines the dynamics of recruitment and selection at Workfall, a fencing company. Explore current company experiences, challenges, and strategies for attracting and retaining top talent. Through the analysis of qualitative interviews, surveys and secondary data, this study uncovers the effectiveness of Workfall's recruitment and selection process. The results provide insight into best practices that can strengthen recruitment and selection outcomes and contribute to organizational success.
