The advent of digital technology has revolutionized communication, information sharing, and social interaction, presenting both opportunities and challenges for gender justice. This paper examines the legal frameworks designed to protect women's rights in online environments, analysing their effectiveness and highlighting areas requiring reform. By exploring international treaties, national laws, and case law, the paper identifies gaps and inconsistencies in the current legal approaches to issues such as cyber harassment, online gender-based violence, and digital privacy. The study aims to offer recommendations for strengthening legal protections and ensuring equitable treatment for women in the digital sphere.
