Abstract:Information technology play vital role in development and success of current business environment. Enterprise resource planning system is work on all the resources of the enterprise and integrates it. ERP provide a path of optimum resource utilization and new work culture. The higher education’s institutions are in government framework non-profit organization and in private framework profit organization. Now the central and state government promote PPT model of institution or institutions generate self resources for their expenses. This paper is related to the analysis of requirement and usefulness of ERP for educational institutions. This work discusses reality of transformation of traditional education institutions to modern education institutions with the help of ERP system
