Unicornuate mullerrian anomalies (cogenital uterine anomalies are rare conditions. As numerous cases of a such congenital anomalies remain unidentified even to day with advanced diagnostic modality and there are asymptomatic patients with unicornuate uterus making the true prevalence of the conditions unknown even although some of the ligatures mentions the frequency of up to 10%. Müllerian conduit anomaly is associated with a wide range of gynaecological and obstetric complications, videlicet gravidity, endometriosis, urinary tract anomalies, and preterm delivery. likewise, natural anomalies in pregnant maters have a high threat of being genetically transmitted to their seed.
