Abstract:- Various types of stress occurs in plant which affect the plant growth and development of plants , Plant stress can be well defined as any external factor that affect the plant development, production. When plants are subjected to a different level of stresses (biotic and abiotic) changes the growth of condition of plant from the normal state this type of stress factor known as stressors. Mustard is member of Cruciferae or Brassicaceae family. The genus Brassica consists of 150 species of annual or biennials herbs, different abiotic stresses affect various characters of plant such as physiological, morphological and many more. It also majorly affect the production of mustard crops, The Mustard crop cannot be able to tolerate excessive amount of any abiotic stresses such as drought, temperature, Salinity.
