Mitigation efforts focus on reducing greenhouse gas emissions through renewable energy, reforestation, and energy efficiency. Adaptation involves adjusting societal systems to cope with climate impacts, such as building resilient infrastructure and improving disaster management. Solutions require global cooperation, policy changes, and innovation in technology, alongside behavioural shifts toward sustainability. Addressing climate change is vital to securing a stable and healthy future for the planet.
