The present study was to formulate and estimate the herbal cosmetic cream comprising extracts of natural products such as Azadirachtaindica (Neem). Methods: firstly by using maceration method we extract the Neem extract, and then formulation w/o type of creamand at the end of formulation add the extract with rapid titration. Results & Discussion: Subsequently the formulation our herbal Azadirachtaindica cream, cream get estimate Physical, Type of Smear, Dye test, Stability test carried for 1 month it was not a large difference to affect the activity of formulation, Anti-Acne studiesdetermined using Staphylococcus activity, the highest zone inhibition was reported for formulation. Conclusion: The present research work deals with formulation and evaluation of herbal antiacne cream, The prepared ethanolic extracts of neem, The highest zone inhibition was reported, Hence it may be concluded that the prepared formula exhibited better anti-microbial activity
