The present paper is based experimental analysis on the study of profitability and projected growth analysis of the sectoral fund in India in respect of bare risk and return. Sectorial funds are an avenue that is built with the aim to help investors capitalize on such opportunities. The best sector mutual funds invest in a portfolio of the top-performing businesses functioning in the same industry. The purpose of this paper is to examine profitability analysis, among the 10 select sectoral funds its average profit for last 10 years, compounded annual growth rate and projected growth rate for future years comparing the return and risk assessment of top selected sectorial mutual funds with the help of financial ratios and linear tends. This paper may provide useful insights and guidance for the present and prospective investors of mutual fund investment in India.
