Ayurveda is well-known for its fundamental ideas, which are distinctive and highly practical in today's world. These ideas are thoroughly explained in Sushruta Samhita Sharira sthana, which provides detailed knowledge about the body. After completing mritashodhan, or dissection, Acharya Sushruta provided a detailed description of the sharira and other structures. According to both contemporary anatomy and Ayurvedic traditions, the Greeva (neck) and Kasheruka (cervical vertebrae) are essential parts of the human body. With a focus on its applied anatomy, this article critically analyzes the Greeva-Kasheruka region from an Ayurvedic standpoint. With an emphasis on the cervical spine's structural and functional importance as well as its therapeutic consequences, the study attempts to establish a correlation between traditional Ayurvedic ideas and current anatomical understanding.
