As online payments grow, credit card fraud has become a major issue, especially in places with a lot of transactions. This paper introduces a secure system for checking credit card holders using face recognition. By using OpenCV and a pattern-matching method called Local Binary Pattern (LBP), the system captures and verifies a user’s face through a webcam before allowing any transactions. To keep this data safe, it also uses RSA encryption to protect sensitive information from being accessed by others. This approach helps ensure that online banking stays secure and easy to use.
