In recent years, the need for efficient and accurate attendance tracking in educational institutions and workplaces has become paramount. This paper presents a facial recognition attendance system designed to automate the attendance process, reduce time consumption, and enhance accuracy compared to traditional methods. Utilizing advanced machine learning algorithms, the system captures facial images of individuals and compares them against a pre-existing database to identify and record attendance. The proposed solution integrates a user-friendly interface, enabling instructors or administrators to monitor attendance statistics effortlessly. Furthermore, the system addresses privacy concerns by ensuring that facial data is securely stored and processed. Initial testing demonstrates high recognition accuracy and reduced administrative workload, making this system a viable alternative for modern attendance management.
