Title

Predictive Analytics in Retail: Enhancing Customer Experience through Data-Driven Strategies.

Abstract

The paper addresses the impact of big data analytics on customer experience in retail businesses. The emergence of big data allows retailers to leverage predictive analytics in understanding customer behaviour and preference, thereby making the offering better and enabling efficient inventory management, while generally improving customer engagement. Some of the data-driven techniques that retailers use to enhance customer experiences are analyzed, and how crucial predictive analytics is for personalizing marketing strategies and achieving improved customer satisfaction. The research established that retailers in their use of predictive analytics both increased customer experiences and secured better competitive advantages in the fast-moving marketplace
