Distribution transformer is one of the most important equipment in the electric grid network . Maintenance is an important issue due to the large number of transformer distributed in the power system. According to report, it has been determined that the maintenance and replacement of transformer is expensive for all companies. Considering this study, the IOT based distribution transformer monitoring system was designed to regular monitor the health of transformer status. Health measurement is determined by the voltage change and load capacity measured by sensor. The main purpose of this system is due to monitor and control distribution of IOT. It also sends the SMS messages via GSM modem to the central database for further processing.
