Title

Performance Management System: A Strategy for Circular Human Resource Management

Abstract

Transformation and regeneration are the buzz word for every Corporate and economy at large. Be it natural resources or human skills, the production and life cycle lead to its end. The preservation of resources and its re-use is the need of the hour. Circular economy concept focuses on the regeneration of products and minimisation of the wastages. Similarly, the human skills with the organisation must be preserved for its proper utilisation and fulfilment of Organisational objectives. This paper explores the process of Performance management system for upgradation, preservation and effective utilisation of a Human resource in an organisation using the strategy of Job Rotation.
