The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into e-Governance frameworks is reshaping how governments deliver services to citizens. This paper explores the multifaceted role AI plays in enhancing Government-to-Citizen (G2C) services, focusing on its ability to streamline processes, improve citizen engagement, and foster data-driven decision-making. By analyzing various case studies and current implementations, this research highlights both the advantages and challenges of deploying AI in e-Governance. The findings indicate that while AI offers significant benefits, careful consideration must be given to ethical, privacy, and accessibility issues to ensure equitable service delivery.
