Furthermore, it addresses the role of judicial interpretation in categorizing cases that fall within the ambit of culpable homicide not amounting to murder, where societal and ethical considerations often influence sentencing. This nuanced legal framework not only enables a more calibrated approach to sentencing but also reflects the judiciary’s understanding of human motivations and situational factors.
