This paper presents a novel cyber-physical system for predictive maintenance of urban infrastructure in smart cities. By integrating a diverse sensor network, advanced data analytics, and citizen engagement, our system addresses the critical challenge of infrastructure degradation in rapidly growing urban environments. We implement machine learning techniques, including LSTM networks and Isolation Forests, to predict maintenance needs and detect anomalies. A multi-criteria decision-making algorithm prioritizes maintenance tasks, while an augmented reality-enabled citizen reporting app enhances community participation. Our results demonstrate significant improvements in maintenance efficiency and infrastructure lifespan, contributing to the development of more resilient and sustainable smart cities.
