The pace of digital transformation is changing the business model and management practice landscape in most industries. In this context, this paper explores the impact of these digital technologies above, which involve artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things on modern business practices. Organizational adaptation to digital transformation in the context of effects on efficiency in operations, decision-making, and innovation: a study of 1,000 respondents across diverse sectors. It highlights the essential factors that could either help or hinder the effective execution of digital strategies and develops emerging trends in digital management. This work entails findings of high levels of agility in businesses adopting digital technologies and customer satisfaction. The research also captures the issues related to barriers of digital transformation, for instance, skill gaps, resistance to change, and cybersecurity issues. The paper will close by suggesting a future framework and directions for further research in the area.
