Title

The Impact of Socioeconomic Status on the Development of Creative Thinking Skills in School Students

Abstract

This analytical review examines the relationship between socioeconomic status (SES) and the development of creative thinking skills among school students. Through a comprehensive analysis of existing literature and theoretical frameworks, the study investigates how various SES components—including family income, parental education, and access to resources—influence creative development. The review synthesizes findings from multiple studies to identify patterns in how socioeconomic factors affect creative thinking abilities, access to creative opportunities, and educational outcomes. Results indicate a significant correlation between SES and creative development, mediated through various environmental, educational, and psychological factors. The paper concludes with evidence-based recommendations for educational policy reforms to address SES-based disparities in creative development.
