Title

Embedded system for temperature control

Abstract

Temperature monitoring using embedded systems and software is essential for perfect operation and quality data management. These components usually include a user interface, data processing modules, and communication modules. The purpose of the embedded system is to control specific functions of the device. Most are designed to perform these tasks only once, but advanced structures can perform all tasks. Temperature control is based on a controller that uses a temperature sensor (e.g. LM35) as an input signal. As industrial technology advances, the potential for overheating and fire hazards in industrial environments increases, increasing the need for effective temperature measurement and control systems. This article describes a simple and effective thermometer that uses a LM35 thermometer to provide a temperature output voltage. The system uses a microcontroller to capture, process, and instantly display the temperature on an 16x2 LCD screen. Proteus software is used to simulate all the settings and operations performed on the Arduino IDE. This technical guide explains how various temperature measurements are used in modern industries and demonstrates the effectiveness of various sensors and devices that meet these requirements.
