Title

A STUDY ON THE PERCEPTION OF THE CUSTOMERS TOWARDS GOLD JEWELLERS WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE NCR

Abstract

We produce complete jewelry for men, women and children and you can find them in many different styles. Various jewelry such as necklaces, rings, bracelets, watches, earrings are considered accessories. Consumer opinion and problems with luxury stores are very important for business. Perception is affected by many different factors. In today's rapidly changing environment, consumer needs and desires are quite variable. The main objective of this study is to analyze the status of gold jewellery consumers and to study the consumer perception of jewellers. This is a study on customer perception analysis of Gold market in NCR. A sample of 250 respondents was selected using convenience sampling method. Data was collected through Qualitative Survey. Use non-parametric measurements to understand customer needs. The findings show that there is a huge difference between product quality in terms of service and income. The study concluded that customers in the higher income group have a higher perception of product quality, error correction, employee dissatisfaction and employee flexibility.
