Furthermore, pharmacognosy aids in the creation of cutting-edge administration methods that raise these substances' bioavailability. Its knowledge also helps with adhering to regulations, supplying crucial scientific proof of effectiveness and safety. In general, pharmacognosy ensures the safe and efficient production of nutraceuticals that support better health and wellbeing by bridging traditional knowledge with contemporary scientific methods.
