Abstract: Through this research study preparing the Homoeopathic mother tincture oleander Q in ethyl alcohol base with ratio (1:9) under the quality assessment with UV- Visible spectrophotometer and FTIR (Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy) Methodology: Preparation of oleander Q in the proportion of (1:9), 1 part is oleander leaves and 9 part is alcohol. After preparing this from each group (3-4) ml samples were taken in a sterile cuvette placed inside the UV- VIS Chamber to pass it under UV- VIS. Results: The Maximum absorbance of oleander prepared Q is 1.629 at 608nm, whereas oleander standard mother tincture is 0.114. which gives a good results on certain skin diseases like warts, corns, herpetic eruptions, eczema, psoriasis, scalp irritation.
