Title

Customer Perceptions and Preferences: Evaluating the Value and Professionalism of Chauffeur vs. Driver Services

Abstract

The study explores customer perceptions and preferences regarding driver and chauffeur services, focusing on factors such as safety, professionalism, value for money, and price justification. The findings reveal that customers prioritize quality service and safety, with most rating chauffeur professionalism as "Good." Drivers are perceived to offer better value for money, yet significant uncertainty exists about the justification of price differences between the two services. Suggestions include enhancing service quality, emphasizing the value proposition of chauffeur services, and addressing pricing concerns through transparent communication and added benefits. The conclusions highlight the need for service providers to differentiate their offerings and meet evolving customer expectations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. These insights have practical implications for improving service delivery and marketing strategies in the transportation sector.
