The current research aimed to create an approved, fast, easy, and inexpensive UV spectrophotometric technique for measuring Etoricoxib (ETX) in pharmaceutical products. The examination was conducted at a wavelength of 235 nm using Ethanol as the blank or diluent. The suggested approach was confirmed using International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) standards, which involved criteria such as linearity, accuracy, precision, reproducibility, and specificity. Beer's law was obeyed in concentration range of 0.1–0.5 μg/ml, and the regression equation was Y = 0.096x - 0.0037. The suggested approach was verified following ICH standards and yielded statistically favorable outcomes. This technique can be utilized for regular examination of ETX in large quantities and commercial preparations.
