Underlying cause of any disease is need to be explored, along with the cause, phenomena of disease and symptomatology constitute a whole is very much helpful for physician to classify the diseases for the patient care, as well as research. The patient management, by planning a defined protocol established successful cure. Hahnemann, the founder of homoeopathy classified the disease, and had suggested to plan the protocol to manage the acute and chronic diseases, which is distributed in his work on Organon of Medicine and chronic diseases. Hahnemann also classified the medicines as acute and chronic, depending upon their action, which is helpful to the planning of protocol in every patient. Based on this aspect, the research design in Homoeopathy shall be planned for the accurate research.
