The internet has become an inseparable part of adolescents' lives, influencing their social behaviors significantly. While it offers opportunities for enhanced communication, knowledge sharing, and global awareness, excessive or unregulated usage can result in social isolation, cyberbullying, and dependency. This paper explores how internet usage affects adolescents' social behaviors, focusing on its dual nature and offering recommendations for balanced usage. The study adopts a mixed-methods approach to provide a comprehensive understanding of this phenomenon.
