Not only does OP diminish patients quality of life, but it also imposes a substantial economic burden on society Homing disorders, impaired capability of osteogenic differentiation, senescence of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), an imbalanced microenvironment, and disordered immunoregulation play important roles during the pathogenesis of osteoporosis. The existing treatment has several adverse effects and limited efficacy. The development of mesenchymal stem cells is an approach for the osteoporosis .The preclinical study provides the evidence of osteogenic differentiation increasing bone density and halting bone deterioration This will provide researchers with new insights into the development and treatment of osteoporosis
