Title

A comprehensive study of In vitro and In vivo cytotoxicity in cancer models

Abstract

This research conducts a thorough examination of the cytotoxicity of potential anticancer agents through both in vitro and in vivo models. In vitro tests, such as MTT assays, cell viability assessments, and flow cytometry to measure apoptosis, were performed to determine the effects of the test compounds on various cancer cell lines, analyzing the dose- and time-dependent responses. Molecular analyses provided insight into the mechanisms of cell death pathways, including apoptosis, necrosis, and autophagy. Concurrent in vivo experiments utilized murine xenograft models to evaluate tumor reduction, systemic toxicity, and therapeutic effectiveness in a biological setting, bridging the divide between preclinical and clinical studies. By integrating these methodologies, this study identifies promising therapeutic candidates and evaluates their safety profiles and pharmacodynamic characteristics. The results emphasize the necessity of aligning in vitro cytotoxic effects with in vivo results to improve drug development strategies. This combined approach establishes a systematic framework for preclinical cancer research with the aim of improving therapeutic outcomes and reducing adverse effects.
