Title

Impacts of Service Quality on Consumer Loyalty of Factory Retail Outlets of Branded Fashion Products

Abstract

The study scrutinized the diverse impacts created by the service quality on consumer loyalty of fashion retail outlets in Salem district and problems faced by the consumers in purchasing from factory retail outlets of fashion brands. The exploratory research that is being conducted in this study comprises collection of opinions from the consumers of factory retail outlets and exploring their views towards the consumer loyalty. Purposive sampling is the method that is used in this investigation. A comprehensive selection process was used to pick respondents for the research. This selection process took into consideration the respondents' level of education and comprehension of the ideas as well as their existing experience with service quality rendered by fashion retail outlets. The study area of Salem District is selected due to the growth of factory retail outlets. In all there were 300 replies that were gathered but 41 of them were disregarded due to the fact that the questionnaires that were filled out were incomplete. Based on the figures shown above, the total number of participants in the research was determined to be 259 in total. The study has used the data analysis of ANOVA and correlations which analyse the opinions given by the consumers and its evaluated using the SPSS software. The linear regression result indicated that in the case of trying to understand the elements that influence loyalty towards fashion products which entails attempting to minimise the challenges that customers confront in terms of quality, variety and heightened level of service quality.
