Title

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND JOB SATISFACTION OF MERGED BANK EMPLOYEES

Abstract

The Present study analyse the relationships of dimensions of organizational culture to employees' job satisfaction, differentiating between intrinsic and extrinsic dimensions and job satisfaction overall. The current study is focused on a sample of 400 employees of merged banks, the study finds out the relationship between specific cultural dimensions including openness, confrontation, trust, authenticity, pro-action, autonomy, collaboration, experimentation and employee satisfaction. The communication and confrontation show the highest correlations with intrinsic and extrinsic factors, signifying their importance for developing and sustaining a transparent and supportive work environment. Trust and authenticity, among other dimensions, have a significant impact on intrinsic satisfaction, explaining the need for real and genuine leadership. The process of pro-action and some forms of collaboration are an aspect of extrinsic satisfaction, suggesting that proactive solutions to workplace conditions and cooperative teamwork play a particularly important role in this field. These findings suggest that an organizational culture that is strong and diverse leads to optimally more employee satisfaction.
