Coronaviruses (CoV) contain positive sense RNA viruses which causes respiratory tract illness. They belong to the family Coronaviridae, and have caused major outbreaks in various parts of the world and one of the pandemics is caused by one of the viruses belonging to this family i.e., severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus – 2 (SARS- CoV-2). This was a cross-sectional study conducted from June 2021 – April 2022. The study was conducted at Career Institue of Medical Sciences (CIMS), Bhopal India. Blood samples were drawn from healthcare workers along with their signed consent form and completed proforma as per the WHO guidelines on drawing blood samples. The antibody titre was evaluated by using the procedure ELISA for the participating healthcare workers.The analysis was done using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 24.0.
