Title

A Comparative Study of Consumer Behaviour Towards Men’s Grooming & Personal Care Product Segment with Reference to Pre and Post-COVID Period

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The study aimed to observe, summarize, and compare the various aspects of male consumer behaviour towards the six selected categories of the Men’s Grooming & Personal Care Product Segment in India. The outbreak of COVID-19 has pushed the trends, fashion, tastes, preferences, habits, perceptions, grooming practices, etc. of the consumers to the next level. The study focused on the acceptability of various categories of products by the consumers. The researcher observed consumer behaviour by reviewing various kinds of literature like research papers, and articles published in the newspapers, following the content of male influencers on social media, etc. These observations are then summarized and compared between the pre-and post-COVID periods. The researcher concludes how consumers behave with different categories of products in the market.
