The review discusses the potential convergence of UFT, which seeks to unify the fundamental forces of nature, with spiritual teachings that describe the universe as originating from a single energy source. Special attention is given to the Brahma Kumaris' vision of God as the ultimate source of peace and power. The paper also addresses the philosophical and scientific skepticism regarding the integration of spirituality and science, critiquing the risks of pseudoscience and oversimplification. Furthermore, it explores the role of energy in spiritual practices like meditation, emphasizing their benefits for personal well-being and societal harmony.
