Monitoring and Evaluation is very crucial to the procurement performance of the institution. The main objective is to assess the contribution of monitoring and evaluation to the procurement performance and specific objectives are follow: to identify importance of good information and data for enhancing procurement performance of BRALIRWA, to establish outcomes realized by good procedures and systems of M&E to the procurement performance of BRALIRWA, to advice the measures that will use for improving M&E in order to perform procurement of BRALIRWA. The researcher will use structured questionnaire to collect the data. And also researcher will use sample size of 109 employees from 126 employees as target population by using Yamane’s formula. Those sample sizes are taken by using simple Random Sampling as the sample techniques. Researcher will use SPSS program 21.0 Version for analyzing quantitative data.
