Title

Role of E-HRM in Enhancing Organizational Performance

Abstract

Electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM) has emerged as a transformative tool that enhances organizational performance by integrating technology into HR functions. E-HRM streamlines processes such as recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and training through digital platforms, leading to greater efficiency, reduced administrative costs, and improved data management. By automating routine tasks, E-HRM allows HR professionals to focus on strategic activities that drive organizational growth. One of the critical impacts of E-HRM is improved decision-making capabilities through real-time data analytics and performance tracking. Enhanced communication tools facilitate better collaboration between employees and management, fostering a more engaged and motivated workforce. Additionally, self-service portals empower employees to access and update their personal information, apply for leave, and manage benefits independently, contributing to higher satisfaction and productivity. E-HRM also supports talent management and retention strategies by providing insights into workforce trends, enabling organizations to develop proactive approaches to employee development and succession planning. However, successful implementation depends on factors such as technological infrastructure, user adaptability, and data security.
