The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has revolutionized industries, transforming traditional business practices and reshaping the skills required for effective leadership. This paper explores the relevance of management studies in an AI-driven world, examining its evolving role in preparing future leaders. While AI has automated repetitive tasks and data-driven decision-making, human-centric skills such as strategic thinking, ethical judgment, emotional intelligence, and adaptability remain irreplaceable. The study evaluates how modern management curricula are integrating AI-related disciplines, such as data analytics, machine learning, and digital transformation, to equip students with hybrid competencies. It also discusses the challenges faced by management education in maintaining its relevance amidst the growing popularity of specialized certifications and online learning platforms. Through a qualitative and quantitative analysis of industry trends, this research highlights the enduring significance of management studies in cultivating leaders capable of leveraging AI for innovation, sustainability, and organizational success. The findings suggest that management education must continuously adapt, focusing on interdisciplinary learning, ethical AI governance, and fostering human-AI collaboration to retain its value in this transformative era.
