In this paper, we'll explore the concept from CSR to business transformation in the context of the digital economy, its driving forces, key components, and the strategies needed to succeed. This research paper explores the relationship between CSR and business transformation in the digital economy. It highlights the need for businesses to consider social and environmental impacts alongside technological advancements. By adopting sustainable practices throughout the value chain, promoting digital inclusion, ensuring data privacy and security, and addressing ethical implications, companies can create shared value for stakeholders and society. This research paper also emphasizes the potential benefits of aligning CSR with digital transformation. Although, it cautions against using CSR as a mere marketing tool, emphasizing the importance of genuine commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
