Secondary infertility refers to the inability to conceive after at least one prior conception. Ovulatory dysfunction is a significant contributor, accounting for 30–40% of infertility cases. Among the various causes, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) stands out as a common endocrinopathy characterized by oligo/anovulation, androgen excess, and multiple ovarian cysts.Cervicitis, if left untreated, is one of the leading causes of infertility as it can lead to complications like pelvic inflammatory disease.This is a case report of 34 year old lady complaining of inability to conceive a second child, Irregular menstrual cycle and curdy white discharge per vagina . On USG, she was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and Cervicitis. Upaplutha yonivyapat having features of ‘swetha pichila srava’ simulates with symptoms of patient.She also had severe constipation and painful defecation. The treatment mainly aims at Vataanulomana, kaphasamana, sophahara and Rasarakthaprasadana. As she had persistent Cervicitis,Sthanika karma(local treatment) Yoni dhawana with Kshara was administered. The successful conception and delivery of a full-term male baby highlight the potential efficacy of Ayurvedic management in addressing infertility.
