Title

Impact of E-HRM on Leading Role of HR Personnel’s in Information Technology Companies

Abstract

The effect of e-HRM on carrying out HRM tasks in IT organizations was investigated in this article. Finding and measuring the underlying elements influencing HR personnel's use of e-HRM practices, as well as learning about the difficulties encountered when carrying out human resources management duties digitally, are the aims of this study. HR personnel, such as line and project managers and employees who use e-HRM systems in IT organizations, make up the research sample with the combination of an exploratory and descriptive research approach. To ascertain the results of factor analysis, the researcher employed SPSS and the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. The SEM model yielded three main factors: analytical, managerial, and utility factors. Ultimately, it finds that 83.7% of respondents are happy with the usage of e-HRM in the HRM system organisation process, as well as the difficulties encountered by HR personnel that may be overcome and accommodate employee demands.
