English is a global language ,Majority of the population in the world can understand And speak English .The language is approved worldwide and is used by most of the Countries .Learning and communication is very important and is done by developing the LSRW skills .Reading is one of the most important skill that will help you to Understand English in school ,colleges and also in workplaces .Only by reading we can understand the context and proceed with the others .It helps us to develop our understanding and also makes us to communicate fluently .As the new generation is Very much exposed to the technological world ,reading skills can also be developed By ICT tools .Majority of the people use technology for Entertainment purposes most of them are not aware about the other kinds of usage .Majority of the people lack Proper reading skills as no one has the habit of reading nowadays for instance most of the school going students are not reading newspapers ,books Etc. Only by developing the reading skills people can evolve themselves in a better way .My Research purpose is to enhance the reading skills of the college students through ICT Tool easy reading by British council which serves different activities that helps us to develop the reading skills
